Dennis Selinas assumed the CEO of Globalworth Group role in early 2023, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the financial and property sectors. His main goal is to strengthen Globalworth’s presence in the Central and Eastern European region. Beginning his career as a fixed-income derivatives trader at the Bank of Montreal, he transitioned to mergers and acquisitions at Lazard London after graduating from London Business School. Subsequently, Dennis occupied senior roles at Charlemagne Capital and Argo Capital Management, deeply immersing himself in all aspects of the real estate industry. In Poland, Globalwort's portfolio counts 21 properties, comprising class A offices and multifunctional facilities, and providing over 600,000 sqm of office and retail space in cities like Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Łódź, and Gdańsk. Under Dennis's leadership, Globalworth has reaffirmed its position as a leading landlord in Romania and Poland, championing modernization with a spotlight on people, places and technology.
