Denitza Ilieva has been in the commercial real estate management business for more than 18 years. During this time, she has gained extensive experience and knowledge, while taking senior management positions in well-known foreign investment and development companies in Bulgaria. As Real Estate Director of Everty, Denitza leads the company’s efforts by focusing her expertise on increasing revenue and tenant satisfaction, optimizing the service, and stabilizing the assets in the Bulgarian portfolio.
