Dávid Huszlicska

Dávid Huszlicska joined CTP in 2017, a year after the company entered the Hungarian market, as a senior business developer. He gained previous experience at the investment department of an international real estate agency, his own online real estate database management company and as a real estate manager at a bank. He had a key role in shaping the new identity of the company during the market-shaping Covid-19 epidemic in 2020 and the significant restructuring of the company. He currently leads CTP’s domestic strategy and operations as Country Head for CTP Hungary. He considers his mission that CTP should not only provide the highest quality buildings with top level services while remaining the largest industrial real estate developer in Central and Eastern Europe but also led the company to become the largest industrial real estate developer in Hungary.
