Business Development Director, Industrial & Land
Constantin Banu is Business Development Director for Industrial & Land at iO Partners, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate market. His career has focused extensively on the industrial and logistics sectors, with involvement in several developments that contributed to the evolution of the local market, including the first logistics park built in the proximity of Bucharest, some of the first industrial space conversion projects in Romania, and the entry of Prologis, one of the first international developers of modern logistics parks in the country. Throughout his career, Constantin Banu has worked across emerging segments of the real estate market, identifying opportunities in new and developing areas. His experience includes working in markets and segments at an early stage of development, with a focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities. In his current role at iO Partners, he is responsible for business development strategy across the industrial and land sectors.
