Co-Founder and CEO
Codrin Apostol is an entrepreneur and investment strategist with a strong track record in cross-border business development, real estate, and construction across Central and Eastern Europe. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Investis, a comprehensive 360-degree platform dedicated to facilitating foreign investments in the North-Eastern region of Romania. Through an integrated suite of services, spanning business diplomacy, asset intermediation, fiscal and legal consultancy, and human resources support, Investis operates as a turnkey solution for international investors seeking to establish or scale operations in one of the region's most strategically positioned emerging markets. Alongside his work at Investis, Codrin serves as Managing Partner at APK Group, a general contracting company based in Iași, Romania. This dual expertise at the intersection of investment facilitation and construction gives him a distinctive, end-to-end perspective on the development of industrial and logistics infrastructure in the CEE region. Recently, he has created a podcast which he also moderates, in order to create visibility for the region’s opportunities and know-how, called The Boardroom. A graduate in Building Services Engineering from the "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iași, Codrin brings both technical foundations and commercial acumen to his work, bridging the gap between international capital, institutional stakeholders, and on-the-ground execution.
