Development Director
Antoanela Comșa is a civil engineer by training, with over a decade and a half of experience in real estate development. She oversaw the Spanish group Gran Via's investments in Romania for a decade (2010-2020) as General Manager, then as Chairwoman of the Board — a portfolio of over 2,600 completed apartments, 300,000 sqm built, and €190 million in investments. Between September 2023 and December 2024, she served as Deputy General Manager at Meta Estate Trust SA, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. From January 2025 until December 2025, she held the position of Deputy CEO at Global Vision Romania. She led the Romanian Real Estate Investors Association (AREI) for two terms as President, subsequently remaining a member of the association's board. Since January 2026, she has been coordinating Alltrom's real estate developments as Development Director.
