Andrei Boca has over 16 years of experience in real estate and has been part of the Globalworth team since 2018 as a Senior Leasing Manager. Over the past few years, he has established himself as a prominent professional, providing solutions for companies entering or expanding in the Romanian market, and last year, he took on the role of Leasing Director. Andrei manages large tenant portfolios, and among the major deals concluded at Globalworth are Allianz Technology, UniCredit, BRD, Brinks, Lagardere, Dover, and Sameday. With skills in Project Management, Project Estimation, Negotiation, Management, and Customer Service, Andrei Boca holds a degree in MEP Engineering from the Faculty of Building Services Engineering in Bucharest.
