András Schmidt as a facility management director of Skanska and as the Green Business manager, he is dedicated and internationally recognized expert of green technologies, who has been outstandingly contributing to the green property development in the past decades, as well as strengthening public awareness. He contributes to the green development of the green Hungarian real estate development and building operation by introducing the most constructive international examples. The board member of the Magyar Környezettudatos Építés Egyesületének (Hungarian green architecture association), and active participant of the Tanúsító Munkacsoport (certifying work group), author of the HuGBC publications and cooperative partner of the events.
