Head of Sustainable Development
Alexandra Floricică-Udriștioiu is Head of Sustainable Development at ProCredit Bank Romania, a development-oriented digital commercial bank for SMEs. A graduate of legal sciences at the University of Bucharest, Alexandra started her career at ProCredit Bank in 2017, holding various roles in the Credit Risk and Risk Management departments. She has strengthened her leadership and strategic expertise through the ProCredit Management Academy in Germany and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the University of York and the University of Strasbourg. Alexandra leads the Sustainable Development Department within ProCredit Bank, a strategic area for the institution as a green bank focused on three key pillars: financial, environmental, and social. ProCredit has been a pioneer in offering green loans and sustainable development solutions since 2014. Today, one fifth of the SME loan portfolio is allocated to green financing, supporting projects across sectors such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, circular economy and sustainable agriculture.
