Adrian Iordache is the General Manager of HIT Industrial Park in Hemeiuș, Bacău, and an experienced project and economic development professional with more than 25 years of management and project leadership experience across the public and private sectors. He has played a leading role in the development of HIT Industrial Park, the first industrial park in North-East Romania, overseeing its development and positioning as an investment destination. Today, the park is home to 22 companies employing more than 1,300 people and generating approximately €120 million in turnover. Throughout his career, Adrian has coordinated major infrastructure and economic development projects with a combined value exceeding €350 million, with particular expertise in industrial and business infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, EU funding and state aid. His experience also includes working with local and regional authorities on EU-funded development programmes and major infrastructure projects, giving him a practical perspective on how public investment, infrastructure and industrial ecosystems can translate into regional economic growth and private-sector investment.
