Anne Marie is Leasing and Asset Director at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE, being in the lead of leasing activities and relationships with the clients for Skanska Romania’s projects. At the same time, she is responsible for the project’s divestment, the final project phase in Skanska’s business model. She has joined the Romanian team of the Swedish development company in April 2016, following 13 years in ING out of which the last six years as Real Estate Category Manager at NN Group in Amsterdam (after ING divested its Insurance and Investment Management business by creating the NN Group).
