Construction works have started on the second phase of the Park West project of Wing's residential development division, Living, as announced in September 2020. Park West 2 is expected to be handed over at the end of the first half of 2023.

Civil engineering works began at the end of March, jointly with the completion of the third, last phase of Park West, which also anticipates the planned future launch of Park West 3. Civil engineering works are implemented by Strabag. The handover of Park West 2 is scheduled for the first half of 2023. Apartments from the first phase are scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021.

This development of Living, Wing's umbrella brand specializing in residential property, also offers community services and smart solutions to customers. When designing the 234 apartments of Park West 2, mostly of 40 to 50 square meters, the primary consideration was the creation of efficient floor plans and the use of environmentally conscious solutions. Each apartment has a terrace and a parking space in the underground garage available for each apartment.

Living, the first community residential park developer of Hungary, also provides the residents of Park West 2 with community services such as a community living room and lounge, a library, cleaning services, sheds or 0-24 hour package pick-up. Living wants to support work-life balance, so Park West's common living room serves not only as a place for relaxation but also offers a co-working workspace, including business corner services.

All apartments in Park West 2 are smart homes: the central unit, the smart socket, the free WiFi service and heating control are part of the SMART Home free basic package to which a SMART+ package can be added against an additional fee if needed.

Park West is located in Budapest’s District 13, in the immediate vicinity of Dózsa György Street and Lehel Street, the residential park at 15-25 Szabolcs Street.
