Living, Wing’s residential property development umbrella brand, has announced the launch of its newest residential park development. Located on the shore of the Rákos Stream in District 13 of Budapest, Le Jardin will be Living’s greenest residential project to date.

Le Jardin’s two phases will see the construction of 360 apartments with efficient floor plans. They will range from practical studio apartments to five-room penthouse residences, offering views of the Buda hills. The corridor between the two buildings will serve as an interior courtyard, while the exterior sides face spacious gardens, making it possible to offer a large number of apartments with direct garden access. Each of the upper-level apartments comes with a balcony; some of the larger terraces can accommodate Jacuzzis.

Le Jardin incorporates building engineering solutions wholly based on renewable energy sources, environmentally conscious choice of materials, selective waste management, environmentally conscious water consumption, rainwater recycling and surface cooling and heating. The triple-glazed plastic doors and windows allow for more efficient noise and thermal insulation, resulting in far lower annual heating and cooling costs compared to traditional homes. Residents will have the opportunity to modify the placement of interior walls within their unit, ensuring that their homes are custom-tailored to their needs in terms of mechanical systems and electrical equipment.

Like Living’s other development projects, Le Jardin will offer community services and smart solutions. The community living room, with a business corner, will make it easier to establish a proper work-life balance; the property will also offer a community library, a tool shed, a parcel delivery point, a community barbecue site and an herb garden. Residents will also have access to a car-sharing service and a community mobile application. Each unit is designed as a smart home, with the basic SMART Home plan offered free of charge, including a central unit, a smart socket and free WiFi service. For a fee, the basic services may be expanded as part of the SMART+ plan.
