With the new year's arrival, VGP has welcomed a new tenant to VGP Park Liberec. C.S.Cargo has leased almost 12,000 sqm.
C.S.Cargo operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, where it supports key players in the industrial, commercial and manufacturing sectors. It employs over 1,700 people.
A company has leased a hall with a total area of almost 12,060 sqm, which includes 8,223 sqm of warehouse space, 893 sqm of offices and 2,944 sqm of outdoor shelter. The building is striving for BREEAM In-Use re-certification at the Very Good level.
VGP Park Liberec is located in the "Liberec Sever" industrial zone, which is located in the inner city, close to the E442 road. Liberec with approximately 100,000 inhabitants is also an important educational centre thanks to the Technical University and a network of secondary schools.
