UBM Development Czechia has completed the Timber Praha project in the Prague-Řeporyje district. The future owners can move in in Autumn this year.

Residential buildings constructed of CLT panels include 62 units from 39 to 110 sqm. The houses are in energy category A and with BREEAM Excellent certification. The sale is exclusively handled by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton. Each apartment has a cellar, a parking space in an underground garage, a balcony, a terrace or a front garden.

The houses have heat pumps, geothermal wells or photovoltaic panels. The windows are fitted with exterior blinds. The apartments have floor heating, which cools in the summer and heats in the winter. The Smart Home system regulates heating and cooling and measures energy consumption. The houses are part of the new Arcus City neighbourhood on the border of the Řeporyje and Stodůlka districts.

"We currently offer buyers a mortgage subsidised for two years with a guaranteed interest rate of 2.89%. It is more affordable and enables clients for a higher value of the mortgage loan," explains Josef Wiedermann, CEO at UBM Development Czechia.
