TriGranit announced organisational changes in several fields of its operation. It has among other a new Chief Construction & Development Officer, a new Chief Financial Officer, a new Development Director and a new Head of Acquisitions. 


János Görföl, earlier Chief Construction Officer has been appointed Chief Construction & Development Officer. In his new position, he will be responsible for all TriGranit developments and supervising the construction processes in all TriGranit countries. Mr. Görföl, as Member of the Board of TriGranit has been involved in most of the developments of TriGranit in the past two decades, including the Millennium City Center in Hungary, or the complete Bonarka City Center project in Krakow, Poland. Mr Görföl is a certified Construction Supervisor, Building Site Inspector and Expert Technical Witness with more than 33 years of experience in the field of development and construction management.
 
Beata Kokeli, earlier Head of Asset Management of TriGranit, will have an extended assignment and will be responsible for managing Polish operations as well, holding the position of Head of Asset Management & Country Manager Poland. Mrs. Kokeli has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real-estate agencies e.g. Polish Centrum Development & Investments or CBRE. 
 
On the financial field, TriGranit announced the promotion of Agnieszka Turowska from Group Finance Director to Chief Financial Officer, being responsible for overseeing the corporate finance, accounting and controlling functions of the whole company. Ms. Turowska will be also Member of the Board. She has an 11 year track record in the real estate sector, prior to joining TriGranit in 2013, she worked 6 years at MT Development Group – a real estate investment platform based in Poland, and earlier she worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Warsaw and at Robert Bosch GmBH in Stuttgart. She is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants. 
 
Stefan Cuvin, earlier Construction Manager will have the extended assignment of Development Director, and will be responsible for coordinating of all developments of TriGranit. Furthermore, Balázs Biacs, earlier Senior Financial Analyst will have the extended assignment of Head of Acquisitions.

New leases

  • Lagardère Travel Retail has renewed its 2,300 sqm office lease for its HQ at the Bucharest-based Globalworth Campus, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
  • Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
  • Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.

Fiege expands 21,000 sqm across three Panattoni parks
