Terra Romania Utilaje de Construcții, part of Austrian construction equipment distributor Terra Holding, has opened its new HQ in Brașov, following an investment of  €2.7 million.

The project marks a significant strategic move for the company in the Romanian market, focusing on both regional expansion and sustainability.

The HQ has a 4,710 sqm service workshop with a 10-metre height, a warehouse exceeding 3,600 sqm, as well as facilities.

The building incorporates green technologies, enabling it to operate on a net-zero energy principle. This is achieved through the use of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and high-performance insulation systems, ensuring the building produces as much energy as it consumes.

This investment in Brașov is part of the company’s ongoing expansion, with plans to develop two new branches in Timișoara and Turda already underway.
