Panattoni launches construction of BTS near Warsaw

Panattoni is constructing the third and final building in the Panattoni Park Warsaw West development. The 16,460 sqm building is being constructed to meet the needs of XBS Logistics and the logistics operator plans to start operating in the new warehouse facility from July 2025.

XBS Group leases 90,000 sqm near Warsaw

XBS Logistics and XBS PRO-LOG of the XBS Group have leased over 90,000 sqm in total across four industrial parks near Warsaw. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by Newmark Polska.

New leases

Engineering company Sanborn will relocate its production capacities to the new Aventin Business Park industrial complex as of August 2026. The company will lease nearly 8,000 sqm of premium space at the site. The long-term lease was brokered by Savills.
Scandinavian retailer JYSK has leased 1,000 sqm in Lemon Retail Park. In this transaction, Colliers represented the Synergy group, the developer and owner of Lemon Retail Park.
Romanian InSpace Engineering (RISE) has leased a 1,000 sqm space in the Bucharest-based Central Business Park building, in a deal brokered by Esop Consulting.

New appointments

CBRE Investment Management announced the firm is evolving the leadership model in its EMEA Direct Real Estate business. Under the enhanced structure, Rik Eertink will assume the role of President and CIO of EMEA Direct Real Estate, after serving as President of EMEA Direct Real Estate for the past five years.
Nhood has appointed Mihaela Petruescu as the new Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland as of October. She previously held leadership positions at large real estate firms, such as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and CBRE Romania.
Daniel Orczyk has been named Senior Project Manager at the technical advisory department of Avison Young in Poland. He is a licensed structural engineer and building site manager with over 20 years of experience.
