CEE-based flex office provider New Work has opened a new location in Prague. New Work Smichov Business Park offers fully furbished office space with up to 245 workstations in one of Prague’s most lively areas, with many offices and an outside terrace overlooking the Vyšehrad castle as well as beautiful green areas along the Vltava River.
Adam Zvada, CEO of Scott.Weber Workspace in Prague talked to Property Forum about the trends driving the flex workspace market and provided some insight into the company's expansion plans.
There are already 57 centres in Prague that offer flex space. There are 37 providers in the city and most centres can be found in Prague 1. On average, the price of a fixed workplace is CZK 4,800 per month (excluding VAT). JLL, a real estate consulting company, confirmed in its latest report that the trend of flexible spaces is increasingly influencing the Prague office market.
Heilind has leased approximately 4,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Mysłowice park. Heilind distributes electrical and electronic installation components. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
IT company Scalo is opening an office in the CitySpace space in the MidPoint 71 office building in Wrocław. The software specialists will occupy around 3.5 thousand sqm.
Heilind, a global distributor of connectors, relays and terminal blocks, has leased around 4,000 sq m of warehouse and office space in Hillwood Mysłowice. The lease transaction was brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
