WE RENT Bucharest, the first residential rental platform in Romania under the Vitan Estate brand, has appointed its Board of Directors at the beginning of this year. Kimberly Vrânceanu was named President of the Council, and Violeta Niculae is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the platform. 

US-owned Bucharest Properties REIT has appointed real estate consultancy Colliers to provide full corporate leasing services for Vitan Estates, Bucharest's first residential development exclusively for rental.

American-owned company Bucharest Properties REIT has started the development of a new block with 55 apartments for rent in the Vitan Estates residential project in Bucharest.  

Bucharest Properties REIT, a company with American shareholders, announced the completion of the second stage of the Vitan Estates residential complex, an investment of €10 million. In total, the project amounts to a €20 million investment.
