WE RENT Bucharest, the first residential rental platform in Romania under the Vitan Estate brand, has appointed its Board of Directors at the beginning of this year. US-owned Bucharest Properties REIT has appointed real estate consultancy Colliers to provide full corporate leasing services for Vitan Estates, Bucharest's first residential development exclusively for rental.

American-owned company Bucharest Properties REIT has started the development of a new block with 55 apartments for rent in the Vitan Estates residential project in Bucharest.  

Bucharest Properties REIT, a company with American shareholders, announced the completion of the second stage of the Vitan Estates residential complex, an investment of €10 million. In total, the project amounts to a €20 million investment.
