Bratislava's Aupark adds photovoltaic panels

URW rumoured to sell Bratislava shopping centre to Wood & Company

New leases

  • SAI Capital Point has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Premium Point office, owned by GTC Romania. The deal was brokered by Griffes.
  • Jewellery brand Pandora is relocating its offices to Business Garden Bucharest, owned by Vastint Romania. The lease transaction was facilitated by CBRE Romania.
  • Treevi Pizza Al Taglio is expanding, through a franchise, to Timișoara with its first location in Iulius Town Mall. Already present in Bucharest, Cluj, Constanța, and Iași, Treevi Pizza Al Taglio, owned by Tomcat Hospitality, now features over 40 locations nationwide.

New appointments

  • Ewa Nowak, a commercial property valuer, has joined the Valuation Department of international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Senior Associate.
  • Maciej Wieczorkiewicz is joining the Avison Young Technical Advisory team in Poland. Maciej is an experienced engineer with many years of experience in managing fit-out projects and investments in the commercial property sector. During his career development, he has worked for companies such as Made In Terior, TECAS Fitout and Colliers Define.
  • Tomáš Fabian has taken on the responsibility of leading the Czech commercial development team at Skanska as Executive Vice President Operations Czech Republic, while still keeping the current responsibilities as Executive Vice President Legal Counsel (CEE).
