Trei Real Estate GmbH has obtained the building permit for its first rental housing development in Poland. Named UP2U and consisting of three buildings, the development will create a total of 460 one- to three-room apartments with a combined floor area of around 20,000 sqm in the immediate vicinity of the town centre of Poznań. 

Trei Real Estate Poland has launched its first investment in Poland in the private rented sector. The property located at ul. Piątkowska in Poznań is to be ready in 2025. The developer plans to build 450 apartments, which will be available in the institutional lease formula.

Trei Real Estate GmbH, a developer and property asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just launched the sales drive for ownership apartments in the Polish city of Łódź. The project represents Trei’s second residential development in Poland. The initial total of 104 apartments offered for sale will be built during the first construction stage. Trei entered the Polish residential real estate market in summer 2019 with a first project in Wroclaw.

The property is located in the small town of Mnichovo Hradiste, which lies around one hour’s drive north-east of Prague. The total investment costs add up to €2.6 million and the completion is scheduled for Q2 2020. The company plans to keep the asset in its portfolio long-term.

The company, which is part of the Tengelmann Group, just opened its 13th retail park of the Vendo Park brand in Poland, this one in the town of Ostroleka. The total investment cost equals c. €3.8 million. The icity has around 52,000 residents and lies roughly a 90-minute ride north of Warsaw.
