The Slovak commercial real estate market experienced a record-breaking first half of 2025, with investment volumes exceeding €500 million. This figure surpasses the total transaction volume recorded in the entire year of 2024, confirms Cushman & Wakefield.

Revetas, a specialist real estate investment manager focusing on the CEE region, together with funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, announced it has acquired TriGranit from TPG Real Estate, the real estate platform of global alternative asset firm TPG. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TPG Real Estate, the real estate platform of global private investment firm TPG, announced that it has completed the purchase of A&O Hotels and Hostels, the largest fully integrated, privately-owned, hostel platform in Europe. The transaction will help A&O expand and enhance its operations.

P3 Logistic Parks, a pan-European owner, developer and manager of logistics properties, announced that GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire P3 from TPG Real Estate and its partner Ivanhoé Cambridge. The transaction values the business at €2.4 billion and is the largest European real estate transaction this year. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by the end of 2016.
