Hospitality group Accor has signed a management contract with Amera Group for the opening of an ibis Styles hotel in Cluj. This will be the first hotel operated by Accor in Cluj-Napoca, with the project slated to open in April 2025. 

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) has concluded lease transactions for over 107,000 sqm in the first half of 2023, with most of the demand coming from existing clients.
