BNPPRE manages rebranding of Pradera centres

C&W to commercialise Pradera’s retail parks in Poland

Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the commercialisation of Pradera’s four retail parks in Poland: Homepark Targówek and Homepark Janki in Warsaw, Homepark Rawa in Katowice and Homepark Franowo in Poznań. The four retail schemes provide more than 100,000 sqm of GLA.

Ikea sells 25 European retail parks for €900 million

Pradera, a retail property fund and asset manager, has announced the first closing of the Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp, a Luxembourg fund. In a €900 million transaction agreed with IKEA Centres, the Fund has signed a contract to acquire 25 prime retail parks next to IKEA stores in eight European countries, including Poland and the Czech Republic.

New leases

  • Majorel Polska, an international outsourcing services provider has extendied a lease agreement for the next 2 years and leased additional 400 meters for a new project - IT Hub in recently modernised Globis Poznań by GTC. It now occupies 3 200 sqm of A-class workspace. CBRE has advised Majorel Polska on concluding the lease contract.
  • NEPI Rockcastle Poland has extended its office lease agreement and enlarged its premises in the Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 building in Warsaw city centre. The shopping centre owner and operator now occupies 1,500 sqm of offices in the building.
  • Boeing Distribution Services (BDSI) has leased a 3,000 sqm building in Panattoni Park Rzeszów Airport III in Poland’s ‘Aviation Valley’, in the southeast of the country.

New appointments

  • Tomasz Pietrzak, with MLP Group for more than five years, has been promoted to the position of Leasing Director Poland. Until recently responsible for the commercialisation of warehouse space in the Warsaw region, now he will manage leases across Poland.
  • Savills has hired Dušan Drábek who joins its industrial agency team with immediate effect. Based in Savills Prague office, the new Associate Director will work alongside the Head of Industrial Agency, Chris LaRue.
  • Real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has appointed Roxana Nicolae as Workplace Manager. She has 17 years’ worth of experience in Integrated Facilities Management for corporate clients.
