Panattoni has delivered Panattoni Park Kraków East IV. The development is now to be financed with a €10.5 million loan granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The centre has been fully leased out to OMEGA Pilzno.

Panattoni is launching the construction of a new speculative centre in the Łódź region. The project is to have an eventual size of close to 30,000 sqm.

Panattoni has received financial support for the development of the City Logistics Kraków III project. The €21 million loan granted by mBank will make it possible to finalise the construction of this logistics park located in Kraków’s Nowa Huta district.

Industrial packaging distributor Neopak is to move its main warehousing facilities to Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV, where it is to occupy over 10,500 sqm of warehouse and office space.

A specialist real estate investor has purchased the Panattoni Park Poznań XI for €92.5 million. The centre is one of the main logistics hubs for Zalando, a leading European fashion platform for its operations.

Panattoni has begun construction on a new industrial park in Będzin. The first stage of the work has already been launched and is to be completed in September. It will comprise a 27,500 sqm building constructed on a speculative basis. The total area of the park is to come to 87,500 sqm. 

Panattoni has finished the last stage of Panattoni Park Sulechów III. The centre has been developed for BestSecret clothing distributor. The building has a total area of 136,000 sqm, which makes it one of the largest logistics centres in the region.

Panattoni has built another investment in Lesser Poland. City Logistics Kraków Airport II is located near the Kraków-Balice International Airport, where a new cargo terminal is being constructed. The facility is suitable for e-commerce and last-mile logistics. The investment was made on a speculative basis and already has its first tenant - Allegro.

Panattoni has launched the construction of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV. The new project will comprise 30,000 sqm and at the start a major tenant has already been found with midocean to lease 20,000 sqm of storage space including an extension option for a further 10,000 sqm.

Panattoni has finished the construction of a logistics centre in Iłowa district (western Poland) for Hermes Fulfilment. This is the first project that has been built for the company in Poland and is also the largest centre of its type in the Hermes Group portfolio.
