LPP Logistics extends 30,000 sqm lease at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III

The logistics operator from the LPP Group, the largest fashion company in the CEE region, has renewed its lease agreement for 31,800 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III. The owner of such brands as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay supplies stationery stores in Central Europe from the facility.

CTP completes 65,000 sqm warehouse for LPP Logistics in Bucharest

Industrial developer CTP has delivered the first foreign distribution centre of LPP Logistics in Romania spanning 65,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West. The construction of the warehouse started in January 2023 and was completed in less than one year.

New leases

  • HS Hydro & Spa has leased space at Logicor Bucharest III Pallady, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.
  • Piața 9 will open its first Bakery P9 location in Bucharest, on a 200 sqm area located on the ground floor of Victoria Center office building. The deal was brokered by Colliers.
  • A new KIKO MILANO store has opened at the Nový Smíchov shopping centre in Prague, as part of a lease transaction brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

New appointments

  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
  • Krzysztof Wróblewski (MRICS) has been named Head of Portfolio Management CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors, responsible for overseeing investments and managing the real estate portfolio. He succeeds Christopher Smith in this role.
  • Garbe Industrial is reorganising its senior leadership team. CEO Christopher Garbe will now focus on strategic orientation and international activities. Jan Philipp Daun assumes leadership of the Development division alongside his existing Investment and Joint Venture responsibilities. Andrea Agrusow expands her remit to include Portfolio Management while retaining control of Commercial and Real Estate Management. Additionally, Michael Marcinek and Maik Zeranski will now jointly head the restructured Development unit as Management Board Members, succeeding Adrian Zellner.
