CA Immo has sold the Bartok Haz office building in central Budapest to an institutional investor, marking the company's second property sale in the city in 2025.

CA Immo completed the sale of the IP West office building in Budapest. The buyer is BYD, a Chinese company that develops and manufactures rechargeable batteries, electric vehicles, rail transit systems, and other new energy technologies, as confirmed by Colliers. The agency represented the buyer in the transaction and provided project management services. The sale was also supported by CBRE and CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte.

CA Immo has completed its strategic withdrawal from the Serbian market with the sale of the Sava Business Center in Belgrade for an undisclosed sum.  

CA Immo recorded a 4% increase in rental income to €179.1 million in the first nine months of 2024 versus 2023 despite the sale of non-strategic properties, while it posted a net loss of €33.4 million compared with a profit of €61.1 million in the same period of last year.

Property group CA Immo has appointed Vojtech Ozorovsky as Head of Asset Management for Austria and CEE. He joined the company in 2020 as Senior Asset Manager.

Keegan Viscius has been appointed as the new CEO of real estate group CA Immo, with the move effective as of June 10.
