Prague gives green light to Holešovice station redevelopment
After more than a year of debate, Prague councillors have allowed the sale of land around the Nádraží Holešovice metro station C, reports E15.cz. The Prague Public Transport Company (DPP) is to sell it to the Nové Holešovice company, a joint venture between DPP and developers Karlín Group and CPI Property Group.

Karlín Group approves Prague resi project
The multifunctional project Dva Domy, built by the Karlín Group together with the Bishopric of Hradec Králové in Prague's Karlín district, has already been approved. The project, which consists of two distinct buildings, includes not only over 100 apartments but also commercial space and a small park.

CPI, Karlin Group and DPP to build new district in Prague 7

PPF and Karlín Group to jointly build apartments in Prague
The residential development market in the Czech Republic will be expanded by a new grouping of PPF and Karlín Group. Together, they will build residential projects in Holešovice and Libeň in Prague with a total investment value of CZK 4 billion, the company PPF announced.

- BearingPoint has relocated its Bucharest office to Vastint’s Timpuri Noi Square, in a deal brokered by Griffes.
- Lagardère Travel Retail has renewed its 2,300 sqm office lease for its HQ at the Bucharest-based Globalworth Campus, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
- Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
New appointments
- Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
