The end of Q3 2025 has seen more than a million square meters of warehouse and manufacturing space under construction in the Czech Republic, according to the report on Q3 2025 Market Figures by the Industrial Research Forum.

In Q2 2025, the slowdown of the Slovak industrial real estate market has continued. Developers are facing several challenges, according to the Industrial Research Forum (IRF) overview of the logistics and industrial real estate market in Slovakia. 

The total stock of modern industrial space for lease in the Czech Republic has reached 12.68 million sqm. 131,600 sqm of new warehouse space was delivered to the market across seven industrial parks, announces Industrial Research Forum in its Market Figures for Q2 2025.

The modern, developer-led warehouse stock in the Czech Republic reached 12.44 million sqm in the first quarter of 2025.  Approximately 134,900 sqm was delivered to the market within 6 industrial parks across the country, announced Industrial Research Forum in its Industrial Market Figures for Q1 2025.

The modern, developer-led warehouse stock in the Czech Republic has reached almost 12.3 million sqm in the fourth quarter of 2024. Approximately 106,700 sqm have been delivered to the market within 4 industrial parks across the country representing a 63% decrease compared to the same period last year and a decrease of 35% quarter-on-quarter, announces Industrial Research Forum in its Industrial Market Figures for Q4 2024.
