New leases

  • The British brand Mountain Warehouse has joined the tenants of BIG Ostróda - the largest retail park in the Warmia-Masuria region in Poland. The store will have a space of 1,000 sqm.
  • The Rossmann chain has joined the group of tenants at Galeria Łomianki near Warsaw. The drugstore will occupy a 640 sqm unit in the facility.
  • HB Reavis has signed seven-year lease agreements with companies from the Transition Technologies group, which will occupy a total of almost 1,000 sqm of office space at the Forest campus in Warsaw. The tenants will also include car dealerships Omoda and Jaecco and restaurant Salad Story.

New appointments

  • Marvipol Development S.A. has announced the appointment of Andrzej Nizio to the company's Management Board. He will serve as vice-president of the board for another two-year term.
  • Michal Lagunionek, CEO of Kaufland Poland, is leaving the company for personal reasons. He had served as CEO since April 2024.
  • Michał Cwalina has become the new director of operations at the Nosalowy Park Hotel & SPA complex in Zakopane resort (southern Poland), taking over the position from Tomasz Bursztynowicz.
