Industrial developer CTP is expanding FM Logistic's facility at CTPark Bucharest by an additional 10,300 sqm, strengthening the partnership between the two companies. Following the expansion, FM Logistic will operate approximately 116,000 sqm across CTP's industrial parks in Romania.

Commercial property investments in Romania could hover between €700 and €900 million in 2023, slightly below the average of recent years, with new deals set to be driven by industrial and office projects, according to JLL.

CTP has purchased three industrial parks in three Romanian cities from FM Logistic, a French supply chain services company, for an undisclosed sum.  

Panattoni has completed another development in Lower Silesia in Poland. On October 25th in Głogów, the opening ceremony took place for a development for FM Logistic. The logistics operator is now to serve the e-commerce operations of Maxi Zoo, a leading pet store chain owned by the Fressnapf Group.

Panattoni has unveiled its latest location in Lower Silesia – by starting work on the construction of Panattoni Park Głogów, which will ultimately cover more than 20 ha with 111,000 sqm of built-up space. The project, which is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Excellent’ level, has been designed to allow tenants to significantly reduce their CO2 emissions and energy consumption. The first tenant of the park is to be international logistics operator FM Logistic, which will occupy almost 35,000 sqm and is going to start operations in May 2022. 

French logistics and transport services provider FM Logistic has opened a €20 million dedicated cold storage warehouse in Bucharest to meet demand from the growing pharma and healthcare industry in Romania.
