First Property Group has completed the sale of the Dr. Felix 87 office building in Bucharest's Piata Victoriei area to Bucur, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Colliers acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor in the transaction.

UK-based commercial property fund manager and investor First Property Group concluded the sale of Tureni Logistic Warehouse, with a total area of about 8,300 sqm, in a deal brokered by real estate consultancy company Colliers.

First Property Group has acquired another 7,171 sqm (or 32.1%) of Blue Tower in Warsaw city centre, bringing its ownership of the property up to 80.3% (17,937 sqm).

Savills has been appointed sole letting agent for office space in Eximius Park, an office complex on the outskirts of Kraków. The buildings of the complex have been upgraded since they changed hands and are now ready to welcome new tenants.

First Property Group has entered into a contract for the sale of one of its properties, a 50.3% interest in Chałubińskiego 8 (CH8), an office tower in Warsaw, Poland, at a price of €44 million. Completion of the contract is deferred until the treatment of VAT relating to the sale has been approved by the Polish tax authorities, which is expected by 31 March 2020. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented First Property in the successful acquisition of Krakow Business Park (KBP).

First Property Group buys acquired the principal operating companies owning the majority of properties situated in Kraków Business Park (KBP).

First Property Group has agreed to sell one of its three directly held properties in Romania, a logistics warehouse in Ploiesti, for €3.2 million.  The purchaser, Aquila Part Prod SRL is also the current occupier of the property.
