The Viedenská Road West residential development in Bratislava has received a final decision on the environmental impact assessment in its preparatory phase, allowing the developer, YIT, to proceed with further permitting processes.

Pressburg Tower Property, affiliated with the Czech investment group Core Capital, is expecting a valid decision from the EIA process for a residential building in the Mlynské Nivy district in Bratislava to be issued soon, reports yimba.sk.

Bajkalská Street in Bratislava is a step closer to transformation into a modern city district. The mixed-use complex Aston 2.022 from the developer Estate 01 has already managed to obtain the first important approval - environmental impact assessment. The developer is moving to the next permitting stage, Yimba.sk reports.

A multifunctional complex called Nový Majerhof is to be built in the Vrakuňa district of Bratislava, as TASR informs. The investor, Malý Dunaj Development, submitted the project for environmental impact assessment (EIA). Estimated investment costs are approximately €50 million.
