Colliers has brokered the renewal and expansion of a lease agreement for storage space at the DMC Pardubice complex for Nika Logistics. The deal has involved a site in eastern Bohemia with a leased area of 13,828 sqm.

Moravian-Silesian region, along with the Ústí nad Labem and Central Bohemian regions, has ranked among the areas with the strongest investor interest, according to the Business Properties and Brownfields publication by CzechInvest. The DMC Paskov site is one of the most recent examples.

Demaco is starting the construction of the Thermo Fisher Scientific development and production centre in Brno. The centre is bringing investment in the development of science and industry and supporting the local innovation ecosystem in the region.

UnicreditBank Czech Republic & Slovakia and Demaco have signed a long-term loan agreement together for funding the project in Northern Moravia. Demaco informed about the contract on its LinkedIn page.

Thanks to new financing from  Erste / Česká spořitelna, Demaco was able to conclude a new contract with Schott. Demaco believes that this contract will bring even more investment to the region and the town of Valašské Meziříčí, the company´s CFO Zdeněk Raus told Property Forum.

Czech industrial developer Demaco obtained a planning permit for the construction of an industrial hall of 18,245 sqm of a built-up area in the DMC Kvasiny industrial park. This is the largest permitted hall ready for construction near the Škoda Auto plant in Kvasiny, where the successful Superb, Kodiaq and Karoq models are produced.
