Repaco Capital and Weststar Real Estate have delivered the Crevedia Retail Park, near Bucharest, following an investment of €15 million that was partly financed by BT.

Igepa Polska, a distributor of paper, printing machines and media, has decided to renegotiate the terms and conditions of its lease for 3,700 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań IX (western Poland). The transaction was facilitated on behalf of the tenant by Newmark Polska.
AND2 office building, the tallest building in Poznań (western Poland), is gaining a new tenant. BeIN Offices will offer ca 3,300 sqm of coworking space with a view of the city skyline.
New appointments
