Timișoara emerged as the sole Romanian city to experience growth in the office leasing market during H1 2025, defying a national downturn, according to a report by Fortim Trusted Advisors.

Industrial developer VGP has completed a new warehouse spanning 32,768 sqm in its Timișoara-based park, with more than half of its surface already leased by Continental Tires. 

Kromberg & Schubert, the German producer of cables and electrical systems for the car industry, has sold its plant in Timișoara to Continental Group, according to market sources quoted by ZF.ro. The transaction will allow the company to replace its manufacturing operations in the city with research and development activities.
