Bellemonde launches new villa project near Bucharest
Bellemonde has announced the launch of Bellemonde Privée, a new residential project in Pipera adding 52 villas to the growing community. The total investment amounts to €25 million, with approximately 65% secured through a financing partnership with Vista Bank.

Office buildings with community spaces see three times lower vacancy
Choosing an office location today involves more than square metres and costs - it's about atmosphere and employee experience. According to a Colliers analysis, buildings featuring community spaces like cafés, relaxation areas, green spaces and informal meeting spots, combined with direct metro access, lease faster and attract tenants more easily.

New leases
- IWG has opened a new Regus work space at Sky Tower, Chișinău. The company has opened a 1.000 sqm space on the first floor of the office building.
- Strategy has extended its lease agreement for office space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw, part of the Karimpol Group's portfolio. Strategy occupies 1,500 sqm of office space on the 22nd floor of Skyliner I and was the building's first tenant.
- Hesburger has opened a new restaurant spanning 223 sqm in Cosmopolis, near Bucharest, following a €1 million investment.
New appointments
- CTP Romania has named Bianca Liulea-Stamate as Marketing Specialist. She has previously worked at DB Schenker for more than seven years.
- Věra Hordóssyová has joined GARBE Group as Account and Financial Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held roles such as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
- Krzysztof Szargawiński has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as an Associate Director. In his new role, Krzysztof will be responsible for leading the department’s projects in the Wrocław region. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market, gained primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice.
