Office leasing in Bucharest reached its lowest point in four years during H1 2025, according to Colliers consultants. Total leasing transactions exceeded 100,000 sqm, representing a more than one-third decrease compared to the same period last year.
The ongoing construction of office projects in Bucharest fell by around 50% year-on-year by H1 2024, to 46,900 sqm, with their completion scheduled for 2024-2026, according to an iO Partners report.

Industrial developer CTP announced that Moemax, part of the XXXLutz Group, has signed a lease for a 5,300 sqm logistics unit at CTPark Bucharest South.
New appointments
