Poland has established itself as a major destination for business services investments, ranking as the sixth largest economy in the European Union. The country's appeal stems from strong economic fundamentals, skilled workforce availability, and attractive financial incentives, according to the "Delivered from Poland" report by JLL Poland, Hays Poland, ALTO and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.

Colliers has appointed Dávid Horváth as Head of Workplace Advisory Services in Hungary. He joined the Colliers Occupier Services team in 2015 as a workspace consultant. After a short break, he will continue as Head of Workplace Advisory Services, which has been strengthened into a strategic business unit, starting from February 2023.

New work models and approaches in the BSS sector" Colliers presents the results of a survey conducted among 76 members of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) – executives from the BSS sector.

The BSS sector is driving growth in Polish cities and dominates the regional office landscape. Companies from this sector account for more than half of leased space outside of Warsaw. The first half of 2021 saw companies from the modern business services sector (BSS) lease nearly 210,000 sqm of office space in Poland. This is more than 40% of the total demand registered in the country’s major markets. Excluding Warsaw, BSS companies accounted for as much as 60% of office demand
