The sale of the property, which was completed in 2002 and comprises 19,200 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), has closed in line with the book value as of Q2 2021. The buyer was local construction company Épkar Zrt. which used funds obtained through the National Bank of Hungary's Funding for Growth Scheme.

Living, an umbrella brand of Wing specialising in residential properties, has completed the first phase of its Park West project offering 229 apartments in District 13 of Budapest. About 700 apartments will be constructed in the residential development project to be carried out in three phases.

In Q4 2021, for the second consecutive quarter, no new buildings were completed on the Budapest office market. Total demand reached 112,280 sqm in Q4 2021, representing a 38% increase quarter-on-quarter, and a 30% increase year-on-year, the Budapest Research Forum (BRF) reports.
