B+N to provide cleaning services for Prague’s airport
B+N Referencia Zrt, as the winner of a tender announced last year, has been awarded with a contract for the provision of cleaning services at the Václav Havel Airport in Prague for another 4 years, starting on 1st January 2022. There were another 12 competitor in the tender, B+N was the only Hungarian headquaterd company.

Hungary’s B+N expands further with Slovenian acquisition
In spring 2021, Hungarian FM provider B+N Referencia Zrt. acquired the interests of ISS Group in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary. With this move, the Hungarian company group has become one of the largest facility operators in the region. As a logical continuation of this expansion, the company purchased a 100% stake in the Slovenian subsidiary of ISS.

New leases
- IWG has opened a new Regus work space at Sky Tower, Chișinău. The company has opened a 1.000 sqm space on the first floor of the office building.
- Strategy has extended its lease agreement for office space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw, part of the Karimpol Group's portfolio. Strategy occupies 1,500 sqm of office space on the 22nd floor of Skyliner I and was the building's first tenant.
- Hesburger has opened a new restaurant spanning 223 sqm in Cosmopolis, near Bucharest, following a €1 million investment.
New appointments
- CTP Romania has named Bianca Liulea-Stamate as Marketing Specialist. She has previously worked at DB Schenker for more than seven years.
- Věra Hordóssyová has joined GARBE Group as Account and Financial Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held roles such as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
- Krzysztof Szargawiński has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as an Associate Director. In his new role, Krzysztof will be responsible for leading the department’s projects in the Wrocław region. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market, gained primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice.
