Nhood has completed the sale of eight retail shopping centres in Poland on behalf of Ceetrus and Auchan to Adventum Group for an undisclosed sum.

CPI Romania concluded 2025 by strengthening its position as a key player on the Romanian real estate market, with a portfolio of 280,000 sqm of modern office space, representing 8% of Bucharest's modern stock. The shopping centres in the company's portfolio recorded an occupancy rate of 98%, while Sun Plaza Bucharest launched a remodelling process.

Global Vision Investment Fund (GVIF) has signed a €4.5 million refinancing agreement with Raiffeisen Bank Romania for its retail project in Oradea. The development is anchored by Atac by Auchan under a long-term lease agreement and has earmarked landbank for a planned retail gallery.

Auchan has officially opened one of Poland's most technologically advanced fulfilment facilities in Wilcza Góra. The 18,000 sqm build-to-suit facility was developed by Panattoni and is fully adapted for e-grocery operations, equipped with the Ocado automation system. The investment is worth nearly €34 million.

Local developer Global Vision is taking its first step into the Romanian retail market with the development of Oradea Retail Plaza, a commercial project valued at €10 million. 

Local developer Redport, in collaboration with entrepreneur Dan Șucu, obtained the Detailed Urban Development Plan (PUD) approval for the first two phases of its mixed-use scheme Infinity Nord in northern Bucharest.

Logicor has signed a lease extension agreement with Auchan Poland, the Polish arm of the French retail giant. The agreement covers a total space of 46,300 sqm – comprising 43,790 sqm of warehouse and 2,450 sqm of office space at Logicor Mszczonów where Auchan occupies the entire Building No. 4.

Hungary's Indotek Group completed the acquisition of a stake in Auchan's domestic hypermarket business over the weekend. In addition to the 47% stake in the retailer, the real estate investor will also take over the operational management of the Auchan chain. The competition authority has already approved the acquisition, Indotek said.

Panattoni is constructing a fully robotic BTS (built-to-suit) distribution centre for Auchan Polska. The centre in Wilcza Góra near Warsaw is to service Auchan’s customers from its updated internet platform. Within the centre, all operations are to be automated using proprietary systems from Ocado based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. 

Romanian developer Iulius has opened its first convenience retail project in Miroslava locality, near Iași, following an investment of around €12 million.
