Arvato SCS renews 40,000 sqm lease in Prologis Park Stryków
Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Poland has extended its lease agreement for a 40,000 sqm of space in Prologis Park Stryków for three more years. The BTS facility is tailored to help Arvato SCS provide customer services for the fashion industry. Colliers facilitated the transaction.

E-commerce giant settles in Panattoni Park Poznań IV
Arvato Supply Chain Solutions has leased 15,600 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań IV in Komorniki in Poland. The logistics operator handles the online sales of one of the leading international companies in the fashion segment. Panattoni Park Poznań IV, after the completion of expansion work, now covers almost 87,000 sqm.

New leases
- IWG has opened a new Regus work space at Sky Tower, Chișinău. The company has opened a 1.000 sqm space on the first floor of the office building.
- Strategy has extended its lease agreement for office space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw, part of the Karimpol Group's portfolio. Strategy occupies 1,500 sqm of office space on the 22nd floor of Skyliner I and was the building's first tenant.
- Hesburger has opened a new restaurant spanning 223 sqm in Cosmopolis, near Bucharest, following a €1 million investment.
New appointments
- CTP Romania has named Bianca Liulea-Stamate as Marketing Specialist. She has previously worked at DB Schenker for more than seven years.
- Věra Hordóssyová has joined GARBE Group as Account and Financial Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held roles such as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
- Krzysztof Szargawiński has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as an Associate Director. In his new role, Krzysztof will be responsible for leading the department’s projects in the Wrocław region. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market, gained primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice.
