Arvato, a logistics services provider for e-commerce and healthcare, has selected Prologis Park Poznań III as the location for its new European distribution centre. The investment will deliver a 46,000 sqm facility, including 1,000 sqm of office space.

Arvato SCS renews 40,000 sqm lease in Prologis Park Stryków
Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Poland has extended its lease agreement for a 40,000 sqm of space in Prologis Park Stryków for three more years. The BTS facility is tailored to help Arvato SCS provide customer services for the fashion industry. Colliers facilitated the transaction.

E-commerce giant settles in Panattoni Park Poznań IV
Arvato Supply Chain Solutions has leased 15,600 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań IV in Komorniki in Poland. The logistics operator handles the online sales of one of the leading international companies in the fashion segment. Panattoni Park Poznań IV, after the completion of expansion work, now covers almost 87,000 sqm.

New leases
- Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
- Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
