America House, the office building located at Victoriei Square in Bucharest's CBD, has reconfirmed its Breeam International In-Use Outstanding rating, maintaining its position among the top sustainable office buildings in Romania.

America House has received Access4You Gold certification for its accessibility facilities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive design and barrier-free access. The certification confirms standards to accommodate individuals with locomotor disabilities, including wheelchair users, elderly individuals, people with reduced mobility, and visitors with strollers, as well as access for blind and hearing-impaired visitors.

America House has become the first-Class A office building in Bucharest to obtain an Outstanding rating according to the BREEAM In-Use certification methodology, after a major investment of €10 million. The certification process was managed by BuildGreen. 

Costin Nistor, Managing Director of Fortim Trusted Advisors, member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, detailed for Property Forum the real estate consultancy’s development plans for this year, also talking about the segments that will propel the investment market to over €1 billion in 2022.

The America House office building in central Bucharest was refurbished as part of a €10 million investment that included the upgrading of the exterior ground floor area and the extension of green spaces.
