Alto Real Estate has commenced the sale of apartments in the Sky Park Tower project, the latest work of the world-renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects in Bratislava, Slovakia. 

Florian Residence by Alto Real Estate, which is being built in Bratislava's Old Town, has received a valid building permit for its second phase. The project is connected to the first phase and is located close to the National Bank of Slovakia. 

Alto Real Estate has obtained a valid zoning decision to construct its warehouse area at the entrance to Bratislava at the beginning of January. The process of obtaining a building permit is currently underway. 

Alto Real Estate is preparing a new project in Rača district in Bratislava. The design has turned the former terminal into a warehouse complex.

Despite an increasing vacancy rate in the office market reaching 14.2 per cent and sale stagnation in the residential segment in 2023, the Alto Group has now announced a net consolidated profit after tax of €8.5 million. 

Alto Real Estate has just announced the winning design for the 15,000 sqm plot located near Bratislava's Old Town, in the Mlynské Nivy – Chalupkova zone, adjacent to Sky Park development. The international architectural-urbanistic competition, conducted in two rounds, has seen seven finalists selected from 38 contenders.

Alto Real Estate has presented the shape of the Florian Residence residential project, which is being built on a brownfield site in the centre of Bratislava's Old Town. In the first phase, 73 apartments will be available. The construction is then preliminary scheduled to be completed in 2025.
