AFI Europe Romania has completed the refurbishment of all public areas within its AFI Lakeview office building in Bucharest following an investment of around €2 million.
Real estate developer AFI Europe Romania is investing around €1.6 million in the refurbishment of common spaces in the AFI Lakeview office project, in northern Bucharest.
A new entertainment and integration space, Pixel XL, has been created at Olivia Prime B office building in Gdańsk. It covers an area of more than 1,000 sqm.
During Romania’s presidential elections, the OSCE temporarily rented 840 sqm of office space at NOVA Instant Office Solutions, located in Bucharest-based Excelsior building. The lease was brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisor.
