Colliers International announced the launch of its new Hotels Advisory department in Poland, led by Rafał Rosiejak, who has been appointed as Director.

Savills has consolidated and reorganised some of its business lines in Poland. It has set up an investment hub providing a comprehensive range of advisory services on the commercial real estate investment market through cooperation involving individual departments.

Cushman & Wakefield is the first global commercial real estate services firm to have opened a regional office in Lublin. Colliers International strengthens its office spaces consultancy team by hiring Sebastian Dragomir for the position of Office Advisory Director. Sebastian Dragomir has over 12 years of experience in real estate, time during which he has worked on the office, industrial, land and landlord representation segments and formerly occupied the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Immofinanz Romania.

The partners of Balmain Asset Management and Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors have signed an agreement to merge the advisory businesses of Balmain and Sharman Church. The combined entity will trade under the newly established name of BSC Real Estate Advisors. The firm will provide clients with a complete set of service lines across all commercial property sectors including offices, retail, investment, industrial and property management. Balmain Asset Management will continue to trade as a completely separate entity continuing its focus on Asset and Investment Management.

EY has established a dedicated Real Estate & Hospitality Advisory team based in Prague covering the Czech Republic and the Central Eastern European region. The team will focus on the areas of Corporate Strategic Advisory, Capital Markets, Valuations, Commercial Due Diligence as well as Capital Raising combining traditional property services with business, financial and legal advisory.
