Susanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS has been elected to join the RICS Presidential Team as Senior Vice President for 2026, commencing her term on 1 January 2026.


In a career spanning 40 years, Susanne, who is a Civil Engineer by background, holds experience in senior roles and board positions at the top of the surveying profession. She brings expertise working in the real estate industry, including 18 years as a partner of PwC WP GmbH.

Susanne currently serves as Chair of the RICS European World Regional Board and as a member of the Global Members Committee at RICS. She is also Chair of the Board at ICG Institute, a Member of the Supervisory Board at Austrian Real Estate GmbH, and a non-executive director at CTP N.V., Europe's largest listed owner, developer, and manager of logistics and industrial real estate.

Susanne will serve as SVP for one year before stepping into the role of President Elect on 1 January 2027 and becoming RICS President in 2028. "I am honoured to be elected and look forward to supporting our Institution at a time of change for the profession," Susanne Eickermann-Riepe said. "I want to build bridges; not just between our members across the world, but also with organisations that pursue the same goals."

RICS Acting President, Nick Maclean, said: "I welcome Susanne to the presidential team in 2026. With her experience in the real estate industry, and her advisory board and committee positions, she has displayed commitment and insights that will make her well-suited as Senior Vice President."

New leases

  • Panattoni has commenced construction on the latest phase of Panattoni Park Gorzów II, developing a bespoke BTS warehouse for DPD Polska. The facility will encompass 5,300 sqm tailored to the courier company’s operational requirements. DPD Polska is scheduled to begin operations at the new site in August 2026.

New appointments

  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
