Property developer Speedwell has signed a new financing agreement with Banca Transilvania and received an €8 million loan for Phase 2 that is currently under construction and the future Phase 3 of the Triama Residence project in Bucharest.

The project features 202 apartments, with the first phase having been fully sold before its delivery. The first homeowners moved in during the first half of 2021. The developer said that it has already sold 60% of the second phase.

“As a real estate developer, we treasure good partners, be it on the B2C side with our valued apartment buyers, or on the B2B side with financing partners,” said Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-Founder Speedwell.

The developer has a large portfolio of developments including residential, office and mixed-use schemes in Bucharest and regional cities.
